HOW TO JOIN
Joining is simple! Just visit reception where you’ll:
- Fill out a membership form
- Provide ID (see below)
- Have your photo taken
- Receive your membership card on the spot!
ID Requirements:
- Over 25: 1 form of valid ID (e.g. driver’s licence, photo ID
card, or passport) - Under 25: 2 forms of ID (one must be an Australian photo ID)
MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
Renewals for the upcoming year opens in December. You’ll still receive full membership from January to December. You’ll receive a renewal reminder via email, SMS, or post—so please keep your details up to date! You can check your membership expiry date on the bottom of your card or ask our reception team. Renew in person at reception anytime.
